Merry Christmas Heartlanders!
Hello Everyone,
I hope you are enjoying your Christmas. I would like to invite everyone to our New Years Eve Service on Wednesday, December 31st from 9:00-12:00. We will join together to take communion and reflect on this past year and pray for 2009. You are free to come and stay the entire time or you can just stop by for a few minutes.
Youth: If you would like to go to Plymouth for the New Years party meet at the church at 7:15. JR is willing to take you. The party is over at 12:30. Bring three dollars for all you can eat pizza.
I know that I don’t say much to people before service because of everything that I do before service, but I truly enjoy doing life with everyone of you. I really appreciate all of you. You are not just my church family, you are my family.
Save some green bean casserole for me!

Something Exciting Is Happening
I’ll bet you would like to know what all the excitement is about. Well this Saturday is the start of the second semester of North Central Indiana Bible College. The first half has been very powerful and life changing for many of the students and their instructors.
The students are gaining a lot more than just a bunch of head knowledge. Now I am not saying that knowledge is bad but our students are finding new ways of applying the living Word of God to their everyday lives.
Now if that isn’t exciting enough here is the kicker. There will be three new students starting the second semester with the possibility of one more. That’s right four new student willing to lay down their lives and dreams to find out what God’s purposes and plans are for their lives.
This is the first time in history that NCIBC has had a second semester class larger than the first. This just goes to show you that God is preparing His people to become the glorious church that He is coming back for.
If there is anyone else out there that has been thinking about starting bible college don’t be afraid to jump into the river and get your feet wet. It is never to late . Just talk to your pastor’s and they will put you in contact with the people you need to get you started. What better way to start your new year in finding out the will of God for your lives.

Randall Black
Wow…saying this man of God is high energy and anointed is an understatement!!
I was thrilled to hear he was coming, he is by far my FAV guest speaker!! When Randall visits it breathes fresh life into our churches and our Pastors, it’s impossible to hear this guy speak and not be moved, stirred, changed in some way.
This time was no different, Sunday morning at Logan campus he blew us away with his message using Matt. 6:19-24 as his scripture.
“A treasure is something you put high value on…what is your treasure?”
One of the most impactful things he said was, “What you don’t take authority over, will eventually take authority over you”
Whoa…how much going on in our lives right now that God has already given us victory over but yet we still struggle with?
Are we still dealing with finances even though His provision is clear?
Are we still dealing with pain in our bodies even though His actions and Word says we ARE healed??
Are we seeking after someone or something to make us whole when He is all we need? Why aren’t we using our authority??
“satan’s goal is to keep you from hearing Jesus” How true is that? Think of all the things that keep you from time with your Savior.
Do we spend 8 hrs at a job but not 1 hr. with Him? Do we spend 2 hrs. at our kids games but can’t spare 20 min. for the One who loves us so much?
“You have to stay focused to have balance, never look down the wide path…stay focused! Remember that gifts flow from God to you…but fruit flows from you to others” I desire fruit worth giving out, fruit others can draw from and be strengthened…you too??
That’s what this is all about…others.
Well, I had a lot more to say but Pastor said I should keep it short…ok, I know, too late!!
Great sermons!! For all of you who were there, thanks for coming and prayerfully this entry will remind you of something that touched you.
For those that didn’t go…don’t miss next time!!
It’s really important to attend when we have a guest speaker, our Pastors only put people who’s spirit they trust in the pulpit.
Showing up for a guest speaker honors your Pastors as well as the speaker, and of course it could be that ‘word in season’ you were needing at that time!!
Love doin’ life with all the Heartlanders!!

Guess Who Is Coming To Town
No it is not Santa. It is Randall Black. He is one of the most exciting speakers I know. Randall is going to be in Winamac, Logansport,Plymouth and South Bend campuses. If you can’t make it to your own church please try to attend one of the other campuses. I guarantee that you will be blessed from hearing this young man. I am going to be in Winamac, Logansport, and Plymouth to hear him myself. That should be a clue to how much I personally like listening to Him. Well I hope that you will be there to so that you won’t miss this wonderful blessing.
Service times are 9:00am Winamac, 11:00am Logansport, 6:00pm Plymouth, and 7:00pm South Bend.
